im banned in every server... some of these servers ive never even played in..... is there a solution

someone might have used the same cd key as you and have got banned for some reason,there's other reasons but this would be the main one as far as i know.

Then where I got mine was a total rip off, I got my copy of Halo PC for $20 dollars, and my second copy for the same price.

10-20 bucks isn't all that much you know, it's so much cheaper than... oh say Half-Life 1 is.

US is lucky. This was a 50% off sale 50%OFF! and Halo PC was tagged in the sale & it still cost my $30. :| Is Australia EB Games.

That was my second copy, the first one was from a gift card i got from work (christmas present :D) and it held $50. Went to JB Hifi and bought it & the card was completely used up after i bought it.

This wasnt when the game just came out either. First copy i got was in 07, second in 09.
Guess the game was in demand at those times. :/

UHm, all the stores that sell it in my area have it priced at 9 dollars.
Dont go to the original company website, they always try and rip people off. A great example is the Onkyo receiver site. They price things like 400 dollars more, but if you go to an actual store, it costs lets say $500, where as at the website its $900.

i'll assume nobody here has a job because i'm currently on a mcdonalds casual wage and i would have no problems buying another halo for either me, or an anonymous person like yourself. However, you're all discussing the unthinkable, uncomprehendable option of spending $29.99 to experience the, not only legal, but legitamite version of Halo.

Dont waste your time or money , i own the game, i never play on 1.09 servers anymore, i play against the bots in 1.00.

i do lol at them sometimes tho,when you can clearly see that they are using an aimbot or (the other name i will not type coz that'll lead to more people using them)and yet they have the nerve to cry bot when they get owned lol

1.09 has like ten populated servers max last time I checked. it's pretty freaking sad

I got TF2 for 15$ AUS at EB Games, how are you guys not managing to get Halo (which is 6 years older) for less than 20?

And H2V barely has 10 servers populated at a time. even sadder.

Personally I enjoy playing TF2 a lot more than Halo 1.
E: I would love to see your reasoning behind that argument considering TF2's netcode is billions of times better, and it's still recieving updates, AND the gaming community (from what I've experienced) is a lot more mature than the ones playing Halo ._.

CE is a seven year old game with terrible netcode and hit registration, a terribly unoptimized modding system (40 MB per cached map is god-aweful), modding limitations, graphical issues with newer operating systems, pirate-ridden unpatched servers, unpopulated up-to-date servers, a community of 90% underage kids who think internet memes are the greatest thing since sliced bread and who's terrible parents let them play an M rated, 10% elitist profags who think they're greater than anybody in the world because of how easy it is to kill the other said 90% of players, and undetectable cheaters. sure sounds like the best gaming experience in the world

ce is still a pile, I had more fun on h2v because at least it didn't have hit detection designed by satan

Well yeah you get bad apples in every bunch, sometimes there's mic spammers or engi's building teleporters to nowhere, etc, but for the most part, I can play for 4 hours and not run across anyone annoying, where as with halo, I could find an idiot in any server I tried within seconds :/
