There was a way around this. I helped elefant on xfire before with this problem. What I did was copy the msvcr71 dll and renamed it to whatever was missing, it works most of the time, but sometimes it does not work. This is a workaround, but the best way is to uninstall microsoft groove or whatever it's called.

All I did was temporarily move Microsoft Office to the desktop, and use Kornmann. Or, if you have an external hard drive, either move office or Halo to that external.
