Targeted and Firing

I'm working on a biped that will use the marine animations/collision model. While rigging for the animations will not be a problem, I cannot figure out how to properly build the model with the correct regions. I tried manual setting them up in Guerrilla but I still get the region counts do not match error. I can only assume something different has to be done when exporting/naming the model pieces but I'm not sure. If any one has figured this out before, any help would be greatly appreciated.
