hey people i was talking with someone and we were talking about halos LACK of support for spherical collision models. idk if people know this. so the monitor is kind of spherical so thats probably why it doesnt work. discuss.

If the monitor is kinda spherical, and the monitor requires a collision model, then how would that explain Halo's lack of support?

halo doesn't support exact spheres. You can use geospheres, or distort the sphere slightly and it will work fine.

Probably because you never need to ingame so Bungie never made one.

There is nothing wrong with the monitors collision. In the biped tag, under $$$ biped $$$, there is a box you can check that says "passes through other bipeds". Its there so that players, or other bipeds, can not interrupt the monitors movement.
Also, the only tag I've ever released is a destroyable monitor. It in the biped section. The tag has a red and blue monitor, plus I think there is one that goes from blue to red after he is damaged. Its not perfect because I don't really have the time to tag anymore, so I figured I would release it so it doesn't go to waste.

You can use my collision geometry importer if you want to see how its done.. "Im releasing it with H2SPT"
Yeah above^
Uneven and the other guy are right, not exact sphere's.But real close.
Also the non colliding is in the biped flags check boxes.
