This is a work in progress. Arguable 75% done. What's left is the bases, which I have from iHalo. Pretty good for gmax eh? EDIT: EEEEEEEAAAAAAAARRRRRTTTTTTHHHHHHQQQQQQQQUUUUUUUAAAAAAKKKKKKEEEEEEE!!! Edited by SlappyThePirate on Sep 9, 2010 at 05:52 PM

The picture flickers between two frames, showing more than one picture, and gives the illusion of the image being 3d. It is not truly 3d, the technique makes it look like it is.

Aswell as my bases, are too high poly for CE (8K Polies) and the way its modeled (unless you fixed it) will not export to CE, (open world) 1: Yes, it DID get deleted. Plan B was to MODEL IT AGAIN. Done. 2: I'm fixing your bases cuz you modeled it wrong, stupid! It's taking forever to redo! Here's the deal. If you want to read it. ================================== Standoff and Valhalla are expected to be released TOGETHER. First, the BSPS have to be completely modeled. Standoff is 90% modeled. Valhalla about 75%. Then, I have to tag it up. Because I will. If something happens to me (like dying), the BSPs will be released early (as classic). Finally, I put in MY stuff. Halo 3 scripts for MP. Then the map itself is done. I'll work on the AI versions of both. Again, if I leave, no bot-release, just map release. Then its uploady uploady. Unprotected. ================================== The deal with Valhalla: 1- Finish modeling the non-playable terrain. Lake, mountains, walls. 2- Finish fixing base. 3- Texture base (Not too hard. The base textures are pretty simple. I'll take a llok at the rip textures, and then make custom ones. Like for standoff.) 4- Get it ingame ================================== The deal with Standoff: 1- Get the exterior w/ bases ingame, untextured. Want to get a poly sample and fix skybox/merge errors. 2- Export all the rocks as one scenery object. That way I can remodel/move the rocks without having to export the BSP again. 3- FIRE LAZOR BEAM 4- Get AIDS 5- ???? 6- Profit ================================== Yeah, help is appreciated, BUT (as much as I like people sucking up to me) I'll probably come to YOU if I need anything.

Fix all those non planars, mainly at the top, and in the bottom floor. And remove those extrudes you have the right side, by the ramp, their only extruded once in halo 3. Also the front ramp, on the main man cannon, should
Also, it gets annoying, since its harder to focus on the details. Its pretty useless, since the render is already of a 3d model.

This is just iHalo's bad, not fixed base. I'm redoing it from scratch with his dimensions. And so far, I've got the room almost done. It's nicely low-poly. Most extrusion will be bump maps. I warned you, it's modeled for crysis, the reason it's several several broken elements, cuz it's destructible in Halo: Aero.

hey slappy i don't mean to be belittling if you already know this, but you do know how to render right? i don't mean simple 3 second rendering, but advanced lighting, it really makes a difference

Pressing esc pauses GIFS, works for when the picture is giving you a seizure.
