ok, so i was trying to builld the .scenrio of my map with tool, i entered this
 tool structure levels\bliss bliss 


and it said this
 Couldn't read map file '/.toolbeta.map
Building intermediate geometry...
Building Collision Geometry...
Building Collision Geometry...
Building Collision bsp...
Building Collision bsp...
verifying collision geometry...
###ERROR vertex #0 has a bad point
###ERROR failed to import collision geometry...


what went wrong??

i have the bliss.jms in the folder
data\levels\bliss\models\


EDIT: woops meant to put this in halo ce technical discussion

Sometimes that happens when your map is too big, do you have like a giant water plane or something? How big is your map compared to, say, bloodgulch?

i imported a spartan.gbx i think its maybe 2 or 3 times the size of extinction :P

ill size it down then try again

think you need to follow what unevenelephant5 says about the WRL file in this link.im sure i had a problem like this at some point before and had to do this.

You have overlapping surfaces, import the wrl. file into your 3ds max along with your map and fix them.
