yeah, there've been tons of topics on this already, I know, but still does anyone have the fixed geist tags? or can someone tell me how to fix them?

As far as cmt tags go, I always seem to trace corrupted tags down to model_animations.
Look for fixed model_animations for that, that's my only idea.

Bam.... That's an ugly bugger.




Nodes have been removed so as not to obstruct the image, aside from the two located on either side of the head, designating the eyes. And now, a brief report on the characteristics of this creature (as discovered in 3DS Max).

-Aside from a pair of frontal claws, the Geist sports an integrated Plasma Rifle located along
the underside of its torso, and a pair of running-lights on either side of the abdomen.

-They are capable of generating a protective shield, similar to that of a Sentinal.
(I had to peel away the layers of the shield, as they fully enclosed the model within.)

-The Geist may have functioned similarly to a UAV, as several nodes refer to it as a "robot",
indicating it may not have been an cybernetically enhanced organism, but a mechanized
unit.

-Due to it's light armaments, and the fact that it seems to lack any other visible defensive
mechanisms, the Geists may have been deployed as Sentry or Scout units, tasked with
guarding key locations or alerting Covenant forces to a UNSC presence in the area.

or maybe its just a random creature CMT wanted to put, that was pretty much a sentinel except with plasma.
which was pretty much modeled out of plasma rifles, and some other random object.

seriously though if I get fixed anims I'm definitely using them based off his guessed intel

in other words, the animations don't match the model so it won't animate, could you give us the model you were using and the collision geometry so it'll work?

i remember seeing a vid of them like a super long time ago... i remember watching yours to... werent they made for huge groups of um?
