i can't downlaod anything from halomaps. it just takes me to a blank page and there's this in the url bar

Do you use firefox? If so, try re-installing, that worked for me (i had the same issue before.)

All problems can be solved with Google Chrome! :D

Except many job applications seem to like to only make it so you can use IE or Firefox. Those Jerks!

How long ago was it since you had restarted your PC?

yea and it was a day of making maps and i only have 756mb ram sooo... yea ram filled up.

And why does the download sometimes randomly time out? I have to download Assasination Covenant 12 times and it times out. PS is it any good?

Yeah it's all really just personal preference but when I think of Chrome and other browsers, I compare it to Facebook and MySpace.

Chrome is much like facebook. It eliminates the "graphically appealing" mindset people have and replaces it with a really sound program that just works.
On the other hand, IE and Firefox are a little more like MySpace in the fact that they are willing to sacrifice speed for looking good.

IE and Firefox crash pretty often and I hardly ever have Chrome crash and when it does I am always humored by it anyway.

when my laptop is having a bad day about 40 maybe less. I have wireless u see. IT SUCKS. thats y i lag out of most online matches. and its EXTREMELY annoying when i get kicked out of the server for the ping i bring into the match

While playing games on a laptop PLEASE hardwire yourself into the router. Wireless utterly kills ping and that makes it not fun for everyone.

Yes that means you won't be able to play halo while sitting on your bed with the potato chips. Unless of course you own a bunch of 50 ft cables like me.

I downloaded Halo CE and HEK with chrome on my new pc maxing at probably close to at least 800kbs, i downloaded firefox in a second, and it installed in a second. lol

Firefox is slower, and Chrome does all the things Firefox does basically, so why not use it, you know?
