Okay so I went into Photoshop and deleted the alpha, recompiled the bitmaps and then recompiled the map. No difference in-game. What should the bitmap be compressed as? (Meaning "color key transparency", "explicit alpha", etc.) Also, I should've showed this before... This makes me doubt it's even a problem with the bitmap. Seen in this next picture, some of the white part of the voltorb is still visible. http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff213/seanthelawn/Halo/voltorbhaloproblemmoreinfo.jpgAny other suggestions?

I checked and they weren't flipped; however I did fix the problem. I must've forgotten to export the model from max as a mesh because I re-exported it and now everything looks fine.
