This guy is just un-figgin-believable! his Remixs are as good as the originals if not better [I think better]

Exactly. They're remixes, not originals. Not to mention that I don't think Bungie is retarded enough to fire a great composer in exchange for someone completely new.

Except that these are remixes, he didn't make the originals and probably can't make something nearly as good as that from scratch.
Also, they don't sound entirely like the Halo kind of music I know, which is probably what Marty was aiming for. I'm sure if he had just a bit more freedom and wasn't limited to Halo (which, Reach's soundtrack is turning out pretty epic though), surely he could kick Hans Zimmer's ass. |

Technical details:
-Done in 6 hours + 30min Post using Fl Studio -Picture Done in Photoshop CS3, 1 hour -First time using EWQL Complete composers edition -No remains of the original song left (hence not a Remix but a ReMix) -Hope you like []^_^[] Edited by OpsY on Aug 5, 2010 at 05:16 PM |
