Tool won't run because I'm missing a certain vorbisenc.dll. Normally I could just take it straight from my gaming PC (this had happened before) ,but that option it unavailable for another three months.

I knew because I downloaded the dlls yesterday because I wanted to put custom music in a map i'm making. These dlls are updated dlls for tool used for sound tags
