Hello, i am not sure if i am posting in the right place but this seems the most relevant section for my question.
So i found this: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4394
Which seems to be spartan models ripped from halo 3.
So i want to ask (because i have no idea how to do it myself), how do i put these models and textures into Halo Custom edition/Combat evolved so i could see them in-game? is it even possible? Any help would be appreciated.
P.S. Don't start telling me i am the #10000 person who posts this because i dag up the forums and didn't find anything that helped me in my question.

Dennis will come and post those "Before you ask about modding and mapping , read this" Link. Maybe you should look at that first. It should have helped. If it didn't , you probably didn't read it properly.

unless you are a experienced biped rigger i dont recommend you try to get these ingame. you should try to get bipeds tags instead of models.

all biped tags can be found here

OK I have no idea what the hell is with your other thread so I'm just going to ignore that...

Alrighty, putting things into Halo isn't just a drag and drop sort of business. You have to download the HEK, and then do some other things to get the biped (character) into the map, before you compile it together into your playable map with the character. That will, of course and unfortunately, not be playable with anyone else unless they have that exact map. It's annoying, but that's how Custom Edition works and it's been working pretty well for it's many years of life.

I wouldn't recommend trying since you seem to think we're all so 'childish' and 'rude' here, when in fact that is just a sad truth to a few members here (I won't use names but you probably know who you are, or hopefully do). There are lots of maps on the site already that have the Halo 3 bipeds and their different armors, etc. Just search for them, because I'm really not sure what maps have them aside from maybe H3_Sandtrap...which is having a V2 being worked on currently and you should easily be able to spot the thread on the forums (General Discussion, the one we're in).
