Can you not read thread titles...? Try looking on the Halo CE General Discussion page..
And next time search before making such a retarded thread :/ There is a function called search.

We don't have any real elefants , but there's one cyborg that we textured with human skin and modelled with the most precise caculations. His AI is so advanced that he acts like an ordinary human.

Quote: --- Original message by: Hs_crozzhair Has anyone ever made sandtrap map with working elefants? . The physics of the game engine prevents making a working elephant vehicle that people can stand on like in Halo 3. In the Halo PC/CE game engine you cannot stand in or on moving vehicles in a multiplayer game. The physics of the game engine will not allow it. The best someone could do is to make an elephant as a vehicle with seats. I don’t know if anyone has made a model of the elephant into a vehicle.

Quote: --- Original message by: IcePhoenix Isn't Jesse using one right now for his Sandtrap? And yes with PC/CE physics you don't move along with a vehicle that you're not seated in. It just slithers by under you, and you slip off. And adding loads of passenger seats onto an elephant does not make it "work" like in H3. There wouldn't be any fighting onboard, only one team (in FFA only a driver) can get on, and it would jsut act as an oversized warthog which travels as fast as a tank. Yeah, saw that after i made this. I hope thats awesome. Edited by Hs_crozzhair on Jul 5, 2010 at 07:47 AM

Didn't someone solve that sliding thing by attaching a dummy elevator to it? I remember seeing a video of that... I've been searching for it for the last 30 minutes and no luck. They achieved side physics by attaching another model to the elephant with the ''elevator'' physics applied. If someone has the link... please!

It was here, I searched alot but I couldn't find it. It probably wasn't called ''Elephant succes'' so maybe searching Guru's thread would be more helpful. It had a description of the technique if someone wanted to replicate.

I am pretty sure it was a separate thread, since I never been fan of mega-project cancelling-threads
