I am still trying to make the text thing and I made a script out of a few tutorials:

I think there's a problem with it because whenever I try to compile it I get this error:

[cutscene3 line 1] only static scripts of the same type can override stub scripts.: (script startup cutscene
recompiling scripts after scenarios were merged.
this left parenthesis is unmatched.: (script startup cutscene


I don't know how to fix this error, I just started scripting a few days ago.

Look for another script with the same name earlier in your code. Change one of the names. Also, make sure there aren't any other halo script files which could interfere withe each other in the same folder.

Thanks I had to make sure I had the black and chief1 camera points and change cutscene to cutscecne3.
