and whats the size for a medium or large sized map?

a medium/large map would be around 10000 x 10000, unless it has more than one height level and stuff.

Also, in max, make a box, make the width 20, the length 30 and the height 70, that is about how tall a cyborg is, you can use that box to judge the scale of your map. Edited by UnevenElefant5 on Jun 25, 2010 at 12:11 PM

Use references, aka import a biped to see the scale or even these maps themselves so you can compare. Don't worry it's not an exact science.

you can just type radiosity_save before it's finished, it just means it won't look as good.
