I think this is a newb question but just how do you make regular tags into meta format to put into maps? someone help me pls and then you can call me the biggest newb on HCE forums XD (jokes)

No but seriously, .meta is for PC, is it not? Why would you even bring that up? Eschaton could easily PMI something onto PC then extract the .meta from there... but WTF are you thinking.
