I am using windows xp 64-bit as my gaming computer, and halo hasn't worked on any older exe's. Is there either a way to get 1.07 to work on 64-bit, or a yelo clone that works on 1.09?

A rare sight, indeed.

Yelo only works on 1.07 to my beliefs, but I'm sure there's probably some way to run the .exe on Windows 7. Heck, I don't know why 1.09 would work but 1.07 wouldn't, that's kind of odd.

An ie update killed all halos on 64 bit comps. thus, 1.09 was born.

Because I have Windows 7 64-bit on my laptop and I can run version 1.08 of CE and it works fine there. Although Halo does give an error saying that my computer has absolutely no RAM on startup, but once I hit 'continue anyway' it works fine since there clearly is sufficient RAM. Maybe the patch just addressed the error so it wouldn't annoy people? Edited by Me KS on Apr 6, 2010 at 11:22 PM
