Raptor, try not to be so freaking rude, thats uncalled for. And xxltnt3, your going to need to get on a lil mor personal level with all of the members of this community to pull off anything like that.

Instead of trying to make a team, why not just stick around for a bit and see whats going on; maybe you will learn something. :) Then maybe later down the road, you could become involved in this community with a project of your own.

oke listen,im already good in modding halo trail(not weapons only but decal to)and i try to mod halo 1,the only thing i can mod in halo 1 and ce is weapons,so i need a team,and if someon will help me,this is she/he chanse

ik made a couple of maps.
then my comp crashed,now i have start agian,and that why i search for a team to.

Learn your English better before any of that, your sentences are difficult to read in some parts.

Besides that, I recommend actually sitting down and making actual things rather then just modding weapons to shoot a bulldozer of rockets, learning the engine better and meeting more people in the community.

Just becuase your "good" dosent mean your awesome and doing whatever you say you are, you don't have any work to show. Show some work, or meet some people in this community, otherwise your not going to get to far unless you like working by yourself.

Me, I'm a team leader of one of the uprising teams in this community, I would only hire some if:

A) They have things to show
B) Talented in that subject, or whatever
C) (Most important) Has a good attitude and will actually do stuff.

I know plenty of people that have nothing of the above, make sure you can do all of the above, then look for a team.

Jus' sayin. (I'm not trying to be hard on you, I just hope you know these things, becuase they are important.)
