Just uninstall Halo, then reinstall, and download the 1.08 patch from here on Halomaps. Then copy the exe and the strings.dll to somewhere, name them 108 or something, then update to 1.09

Xel did you even look at the download section like i mentioned. u can download the 1.08 exe on that site.

Of course I did a Google search. That page doesn't have what I was looking for.
