heres what i think, rebels/insurrectionists killed a spartan and took away his armor. they tested it out to know how it feels having that kind of power...
maybe even SPI's and have their helmet off like in H3 ODST. permutations
anyone up for it?

how about spartans with marine animations just for better gameplay, so they would have better fight techniques rather than just walking around and unloading rounds on everything not even watching out for friendlies

animations wont really effect thier behaveur. Just how they: Run walk use weapons etc.
You would need to edit the actor.tag

You will need to scale the spartan down as he is about 7 feet tall(70 .max units).

The animations will scale down the bones on its own, you just need to add a "bip01 tail" to the cyborg.gbxmodel.

You could re-rig them to marine bones, if you want, but marine animations are missing melee animations as well as several other key animations. Though you could fake some, through some tweaking, the end result isn't as perfect.
