When devcommands are inputted by a client (which few, if any, have practical value), does the command get sent to the host's machine, or is it kept local to the client's machine only?
I'm thinking about a special feature for a map that could be activated by a client through devmode.

With SAPP approved admins can just type commands into chat to send it to server. But, with any server clients can use (rcon) to send commands to the server as long as they know the password.

Normal dedicated servers won't accept dev commands. If you have a modified one, like sapp, you could. But sapp dedicated servers only accept dev commands if you do it via chat.

Alright, thanks. It's safe to say now that my idea won't work. I'll try to innovate somewhere else. Thanks again.
