I have been wondering for a while if you can go and make a curtain event where you can blow up a Water Dam (like the size of the Hoover Dam)? Like if you make a campaign level where you are supposed to kill a large field of Covenant by blowing up a large water dam that is supplying them with water....and when you do, it floods the entire field. Is this even possible in Halo CE?
Thanks

Um, Not the way you're imagining it. Water has to be a flat plane and it can't move. You can apply an animated shader to it (waterfall shader) but it can't really move. BSP's can't be destructable either, so the dam would have to be a scenery as well.
E: actually water only needs to be flat if you want fog under it. If there's no fog it can be bent like waterfalls, how they bend and curve off the edge of a cliff. Edited by UnevenElefant5 on Feb 2, 2010 at 01:04 AM
