I just uploaded a map last week...he probably hasn't gotten to it yet. He uploaded some files that were in his que several weeks ago just yesterday.

All files in the queue were added to the archive. In the last batch there were 15 corrupted archives due to incomplete uploads. If your map was not added then it either didn't meet the criteria posted on the upload page or your upload was corrupt.
