The crap is KML, GPX, and GeoRSS?

Sounds more like stuff you would import into a GPS device.

Why would you wantt to this?

Want to make a extremely HIGH poly model of Earth in game, of CRAPPY models and HORRIBLE textures?

Lol. Well if so, look in the source of the viewer and see how it's read
, and you could maybe research form there, if you know what to do.

Bing Map Example :

I just installed this, if you were smart, and actually READ stuff, it says CLEARLY with 3DVIA modeling programs can create, and edit new and existing maps....

Noob, read. Something half the people on this site don't do.

but to answer your question, yes if you put this all together once you export for m3dvia, to max, and set up mats, u can make the whole world lol, but you'd have to make it flat, cuz halo ce's engine.
