Right click your halo shortcut properties find the target box go all the way to the end and type in " -window" with no qoutes it should look like this: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\haloce.exe" -window

This is what I ment,
Since you are in Halo you loose your pointer and it is changed by the halo pointer, You cant move it out of the window to adjust the size so What I do is hit the windows button on the keybord, makeing your original pointer come back up and to loose control of the Halo pointer. And then adjust the window. And dont flame me if im wrong anymore

You don't resize the window that way. You have to do it on the options menu. You can't just drag it to make it bigger.

Woah you shouldn't be able to, I'm pretty sure Halo has some CAPS set in Direct3D or Win32 & COM that prevents resizing the window like that.
