First of all I don't even think Japanese people even made this anime.
Since Microsoft hired a specific team, it would probably be American. Although I am not sure if they actually DID change their previous ways... |

It is your opinion you do not like it, I like it no one wants to hear your opinion. The makers of halo asked them to make it and they worked with bungie so it was accepted by bungie
