Well, in short, I have the Halo 1 Marines, but I want to know how to make the biped ONLY Johnson. I have tried several times using several different methods, but when I open the biped in sapien, it closes. Help.

i dont think johnson has an actor_variant or even an actor file. im pretty sure hes just bitmaps and shader_model files that replace the regular marine ones when they are upgraded to the unique leader thing if this is so, you could copy the normal marine stuff and save it with these bitmaps and shaders as the non-upgraded ones... im actualy interested so il try it too.

In the gbxmodel, under regions, check "cannot be chosen randomly" for all _base permutations for the arms, torso, head and legs.

finally got it, but Johnson has a helmet. Johnson + helmet = fail.
