I want to test something, and to do so, I need to make my test Bloodgulch Scenario completely black, like this map:
http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4920

How would I do this?

Change the sky tag to something dark. Redo radiosity.

w0rd, i was gonna say that ... put space night sky, or gephyrophobia sky, and lower the sun down by y and ro, so it cant be seen, open every shader and if it has power set it to 0, and set colors to black .. and there you go
