Ok i import gbxmodel, and whenever i mode it, one of the antennas are going crazy on the arm. Im trying to make some animations for flood campaign and its realy annoying. Ill post a vid of it in a second. EDIT: i meant to say elite flood. but to answer your question, it looks like a weighting issue. see whats going on with the skin modifier.

If I remember correctly that means you have objects in the scene that are not connected to nodes/bones/etc, like say, a plane or box that you made and is unrigged. Either that, or your hierarchy is wrong. Press H to see your hierarchy.

iirc it can also mean that your nodes do not all have the "frame" prefix, but I might be wrong.
