Whenever I try to spawn the pilot biped Sapien stops working. No changes were made to the model, textures shader or biped. Any suggestions?

Debug says? It's probably the animations, due to the fact that the pilot never had any animations.

In the cutscene shefliped her visorplate thingdown, she had mouth movement, etc.
Debug: 09.15.09 22:49:32 EXCEPTION halt in \halopc\haloce\source\tag_files\tag_groups.c,#3142: offset>=0 && offset+sizesize

Those are custom animations. I mean that she doesn't have a standard model animations file.

I wasn't aware bipeds needed animations, Is it possible to use the animation graph from another AI bot, such as a Marine?

Bipeds can't move without animations. And no, because the marine is rigged differently than the pilot. You could use marine animations if you rerigged the pilot.

i tried to re-rig her before... it came out messy...

in other words, dont try it. if you want her as a biped, you will have to make a custom animation file with her rig.

Along time ago I try to do some things in Guerrila to make her have Captains Animations but, she ended up like a wierd sludge. In sapien

when i was trying it, i got as far as sapien, but when she was spawned, her face was messed up, her face looked wierd, and her joints were stretched

could she walk? Maybe she would have pulled together if put in a vehicle?

I got her in sapien fine, she just doesn't have collision geometry in mine.
