Just Halo Combat Evolved (I think they are more epic, while the H3 gameplay was great).
My favorite would be the beginning of the level Two Betrayals, idk but I like it.

b30's opening cutscene is great, along with a30's, and the ending of d40.

d20 opening, anyone? Not really. I like opening on A10, or the middle part on c10 (343, right?)

halo2 : first cutscene, delta halo op, gravemind, high charity cutscenes were awesome, and the ending was awesome too (besides the cliffhanger)
halo3: the ark op, the covenant, and the ending was pretty good too.

Halo CE: All of them, got to admit the flood ones were freaky
Halo 2: I liked the ambiance, the story telling but no epicness there. Each of them had alot of wasted potential.
Halo 3: Ending one is good, the Silent Carto#2 never lived up expectations.

I like the one where you'r running to the control panel and if you time it just right you can kill chief in the cut scene with a banshee.

I made a change after playi8ng Halo last night

Halo 1: Opening to "Keyes" (falls from ceiling,"I get it, the data needs to be"...clunk......"sorry")

Halo 1: ending cutscene.
Halo 2: 1st level ending cutscene. where MC drops a bomb and blows up a covenant ship
Halo 3: ending cutscene of "the storm". has my fav music track on the OST.
Halo Wars: the one where SoF clashes with a covenant ship.
Halo 3: ODST: opening cutscene. epic drop is epic

Halo 1: D40 opening or the C10 flood one.
Halo 2: Oracle, the one where the arbiter confronts The Heretic Leader. the "turn heretic!" one.
Halo 3: Storm closing ftw.
Halo Wars: Monsters
Halo 3 ODST: I have one, but it secret. Cause it will spoil it for you.

Halo 1: all of them, that game was win.
Halo 2: Most of the Arbiter ones...
Halo 3: The very last one because it meant the game was finally over.

Actually, it was never meant to be ingame. That cutscene came with the Halo 2 map pack (the one that came in a case) just as a bonus to those who bought it packaged instead of over XBL. The graphics look better because they didn't have to load as much stuff on that disk, so they made it look better.

The one were he uses a grunt as an example and pwns him for no reason or the beginning of the game?

My other favorite is in Halo Wars were Forge kills an Arbiter. That pwned too :D

I guess forge killing the arbiter was good but my favorite cutscene is in Halo Wars with the part were the 3 spartans pwn the elite honor guard = EPIC.

It's not a deleted scene, when Bungie put out the downloadable map disc for Halo 2 the cinematic team wanted to do something special for it, so they decided to tell the story of the other Pelican you enter the city with.
