Lol I was actually searching Halo Maps and I didn't see any kind of 'new flood'. Lol but if I have the spare time and time to look at tutorials over and over again I might do it but its a 1% chance lately I'd have any time for that because of school, homework and even other crap I have to do at home. But this isn't a request yet it would be cool to see somethng new like a new flood form.

I was thinking of ideas like (something thats not the Halo 3 form which is not excatly what I want as I know people are working on those most likely) a form that agility takes over; can jump from wall to wall in only a couple seconds (like a ninja) and stay there and if within 10 feet of the player it can stab right through the player (or whatever its attacking).

I'm not talking about a juggernaut form were the form has two long arms that pretty slap the player; the form I'm talking about has one 10 ft knife like part inside of it (such as an intestine but with a sharpened edge changed when infected coming right of its gut). It shoots out the part and stabs it into the player. It kills the unit if it doesn't have a shield such as a marine, grunt, or jackal. If it attacks a unit such as a spartan or elite with full shields it will drain its shields and destroy its health (to two or three bars in one strike) the part of it stays inside you until you kill it or it kills you and you can barely move (like when being hijacked in Halo 3). I'm thinking of this flood form to be an infected kangaroo possibly (lol you're all probably thinking a infected kangaroo jack that jabs you till' you're dead; that would be so much win but no, maybe in the future). But I have definately decided the legs of the flood form are like a kangaroo's expect a bit more advanced an well, infected-like.

If sure this should work in Halo CE but I do know that none of this would snyc online and most likely would give you an exception error if you watch the player get struck while online so this would probably only work on SP but I don't care since AI are meant for SP not MP.

The only glitch I may face is the ai going through walls as it leaps from wall to wall. This has happened on a number of times when an infection form was enlargened and started to jump on walls or ceilings and pretty much phased through it every time. But I'm not sure this would happen to this flood form as it has a collision model unlike the infection form.

When or if this flood form is finished I don't care if you use it--I'm willing to share but just atleast try to give me some credit if I modeled it. If I didn't model it then give credit to whoever did.

If it was Halo 3 it would kill and infect the player since the flood form is making contact with the body on the inside, yet it would kill the original flood form.

I might just make a quick sketch of it (with color) by Monday (was caught up in homework and slept in late :P)

Yeah I also thought about that too. I only would want the flood form (and all ai in general) in SP or a 1 player MP game-it just lags up multiplayer with more than just yourself in the game.

The reason no new Flood forms have been created is because, frankly, Flood is boring. After 4 games of it, they became uninteresting. Flood is for the Halo franchise. Unless you are making a story modeled around the HALO storyboard (not the Halo universe), then yes, Flood is good. Otherwise, just no.

Well thats what I was thinking, maybe I might start a campaign or 2 level campaign based on Halo's story. Actually I was thinking of the level floodgate from Halo 3 but you take the story as a marine trying to escape the flood controlled city.

Uh, those two levels took place during Halo 2.
Oh wait you mean you take the place as a marine during those two levels... Yeah, I'm tired.
