CLS GRUNT was workin on one when he first came here. I remember. It was awesome :D actually, it looked soo f*cking horrid

I was working on one for awhile. The bases slowed me down and I got tired of working on it.

I would love to help on a map but my pc cant handle the editing software.

I dunno,besides it's my schools computer,so i dont think i should.

Do you know how difficult it is to model? Obviously not. Covenant based maps are rare because of the difficulty of modeling it. Midship was a port and the only good Covenant map that was made from scratch would be Tempo by Arteen.

No,im using the computer that my school sent which can play halo.My moms computer cant play halo.I dont want to download the editing kit for CE cause the space on the school computer is limited.

anyway, ripping is bad but shouldn't stop people from releasing maps, people will rip wheter it's released or not

How is he just boosting post count its not like its a rank or it has a display on this page now does it?And when I'm bored i kinda post a lot too,but since i have differnt forums i post quite a lot if you add together.
On a different note I doubt this will happen.Its so detailed.I think there was a snowbound base model released but i think it looks rather bad.

If people are just going to rip it if we release it, then we might as well won't release it. From what I can tell, the things people want most from Firefight is the tags. If all they want is the tags, then why should I even bother releasing the map?

Why is everyone working on H3 maps. does anyone know that h3mt is working their butts off on them. so while there doing that why dont we get a map that no one is working on. like i don't know a Custom Map?

no offense, but H3MT is taking a LOOONG time, and you can't blame people for wanting other maps in the meantime

It wasn't until things were being leaked. This community wants what they see. That's what makes this place so retarded. They have no patients. Only wants and says that never happen.
They start something and never finish because they have ego and no patients. They want, but they don't want to wait.

Dennis or anyone can say what they want. But this place is very childish. Even if people try to act mature.

Game is so bad its not funny. Graphics put so many limitations on learning habits and just learning in general. That's why people who have become or are becoming good, moved on and away from this engine. Its as simple as that.

I waited 3 years to get a 360. In that time I was here and learning how to model. I finally got a 360 last may. I played halo 3 for 6 days (ask anyone on my friends list, ex advancebo) and never touched it again. PC doesn't compare.

It means its way overrated. I dont know you, and you dont know me. But I spent about 3/4 of every year looking at youtube vids and replicating stuff from halo 3. I think you seen some of my work. But that doesnt matter anymore, because I can see past halo 3 and broaden my expierience to do other things.

so I shouldn't work up my money for a 360 for Halo 3?

I think its different for everyone. Some people like it and others don't the only way to tell is to play the game. I personally thought it was good probally because I never played Halo 2 I got into halo later on and went from HALO PC directly to Halo 3 so when I saw the graphics I was just like omg. I hate the multiplayer though for some reason Halo 3 multiplayer just makes people overreact and get way too competitive lol.
