my haloce is worse (more slowly, and the quality was bad) than my halo1.
i made a test:
i threw 4 grenades(human's) on halo1 , then the grenades Exploded，nothing changed.
but i did it on haloce, the game speed became very slowly, and the smoke changed into bullets.sometimes the Particle effects will turn off.

wtf with my haloce?how can i fix it?

The graphics setting for CE could be higher than the settings for halo 1, and maybe your computer can't handle the settings you have for CE, causing the problems with it.

but i can run GTA4 PC, half life2 EP2 .etc
i think my computer can run CE like HALO1, it's the problem of CE

When you talk about the grenades for CE, are you testing them on a standard map?

Lag maybe, and are you sure the settings were the same?
