I tried putting a lot of detail into my maps and now that i am compiling i am getting red triangles. Is there any way to fix this apart from making it less detailed?

Make a good model. The errors are not from making it to detailed; its from making modeling errors. But in a way yes, you can fix it by making your models less detailed until you get the modeling experience required.

there is a problem, and its this. When you created a face you never encompassed all the verts on the perimeter. You need to delete one face at a time (around the problem edge) and re-create them using all the verts on the perimeter.
Its probly only 1 face that touches the edge, so think about which would be the most likely culprit and fix it, then export, compile, import wrl and see if you fixed it. Edited by Maniac1000 on Aug 18, 2009 at 08:09 PM
