Every time I go into a map and add different vehicles to it when I try playing it it exceptions me out. I change my globals.globals file to let the vehicles spawn so that's not the problem. I've reinstalled Halo Editing Kit twice now the first time it let me change a few maps but then went back to the problem now it's doing it right away. Any ideas?

Do the vehicles show up in Sapien?

Are you sure it's because of the vehicles? Compile another map, and see if it exceptions. If it does, then it's probably a problem with your globals.

Did you remove any weapons out of the weapons list in the globals? Or have to many/ little vehicles in the vehicles list?

I feel really stupid I didn't know you had to have an exact amount of vehicles on the list thank you

did you delete the flag and oddball in globals weapon cheat section? Because if you did, it will cause an exception as well.

No it won't. It's just a certain amount of weapons you have to have. If you delete them, but add in another 2 weapons, it's all good.

As for vehicles, you MUST have 6 types of vehicles. No more, no less.

Are you sure it wasn't something else?

That section just specifies what is spawned when you do "cheat_all_weapons". I think I've removed the flag and oddball from there before without problems.

The flag and oddball weapons are specified under "Multiplayer Information", so editing the ones in that list shouldn't cause problems.

You can delete a bunch of weapons, but there's a limit. If you delete too much, any map you compile will exception.

What game mode are you trying to play? Make sure you set the spawns to all games. If you didn't and tried playing CTF that will cause it to exception.

I figured it out it was just that I didn't put enough vehicles on the list for globals all is good now
