ehh well why do ai not sync online put toher people do? or if i had a door open in a mp map would it open for others? can someone explain to me what sync's and what doesnt.?

The netcode for Halo CE doesn't carry over AI health, or position.

ok well so the movements dont snyc so why not change the movements to somthing else and change the health to the M.C health. and is it possible to get scenery to sync?

If you're saying you want an AI that is a Grunt or Marine, but has the health of a Spartans, use Guerilla to change the amount of health you want. It'll work.

AI doesn't sync and Machinery doesn't.
The rest does, that means if you can enable AI through other ways, like as a vehicle, it will sync.
It's all in the alternative thinking.

No it doesn't. The vehicle drops out of sync. I tried doing an AI syncing test, and everything that normally syncs, drops out of sync. Kirby did a test by attaching AI to players, and the players dropped out of sync.

In order for everyone to see the same things in a multiplayer game the position and status (health/sheilds...etc) of every player vehicle and object must be sent between the server and the client. So if one player moves left his machine (client) sends the postion he moved to to the server and the server then sends it to all the clients so they see it on their screen. In Halo PC/CE the AI and the device machines (lifts, doors, lightbridges...etc) were designed to only run on a local PC, they were designed for single player campaigns and not for multiplayer. The position and status of them is NOT transmitted between the client and the server so when an AI moves left on your PC it might have moved right on the others because the information about them is not tranmitted between the client and the server. Essentially there is no programming code in the game to send or receive the position or status of them to other clients or the server. One of the reasons that the it was decided to not send that information over a network connection was because at the time the game was designed it had to work over a 56Kbit dial-up connection and there wasn't enough bandwidth (room in the data stream) to send that information and still play the game.
