#7 (Perfect number) The Oracle (Guide) Halo (Hover's above the head of angels) The Profits (fake religions, seeking a death that they believe is heaven) Flood (as in the great flood that destroyed everything on earth, as in the bible) The Index (as in the bible) John 117 (A biblical name) and other things aswell, those are small things.... |

You don't have to, but it is recommended to do so if you want to fill the gaps of halo's story. I don't play Halo 3 either since I do not own a xbox, but I've watched walkthroughs on youtube so I pretty much know what Halo 3's story provides. |
