the first gun is not based of of anyithing it's just a bunch of cyllinders and boxs. I gave it the assault rifle tag, but when i switched the projectile sound it did nothing
the second has the right side of the scope, tripod (which was turned into a bipod), the rifle barrels tip, and butt of the original halo sniper. it has the sniper rifle tag but i didn't edit much.
I'm not looking for help, I am looking for someone who can make modes (because I suck at doing it) for a campaign remake I'm doin Edited by Tayo t84 on Jul 27, 2009 at 09:33 PM

If you want someone to do it for you, you have to give them a good reason why. People won't drop in randomly, and give you free models. In today's world, everyone's asking the same question. What's in it for me?
As for your problem, it might have to do with the animations. When I began working with fp animations, there was this node called "#flashlight". I'm pretty sure that's where the light comes from.

When you exported the jms in gmax, your object must have been set to editable poly. Convert the mesh to editable mesh and re-export the jmx. Never export in editable poly, unless using blitzkrieg.

For the sound problem you reference a .sound tag in the firing effect (which can be found in the .weapon tag) For the missing parts, in max, before exporting, convert it to an editable patch then back to an editable mesh and then export. That should fix it.
