u can just downloade CE right and then when it ask for CD key u take one of them from the bungie site and boom thr in CE but one problem with that is that if u join som 1 with same Key then u both get kicked from that game. i forgot wat the error said.

i think its Cerebrum.
you do need your halo pc key for that  but the thing is Cerebrum isnt that much of a secret anymore. so it could be something else. another possibility is that they are fixing the net code  NO MORE BULLET LAG!!!! |

Oh , guess what , i just found out i was on 1.00 , and i'd been thinking i was running 1.08 all the damn time because it didnt need a CD and when i ran the updater , it said i was up to date.
Now i tried to solve it with a damn 1.07 patch , and now i need the damn CD with it being gone. So , im dead to rights , no CD , and no Game. Dont suggest a virtual CD emulator , because i've tried that , and it was corrupted. Thanks alot. Guess ill be missing out on all the cool stuff. Time to sulk like Vern. Or i could re-install. |

If you do everything manually, not ingame, 1.08 can run without a disk. You'll still need a key, of course. And by the way, 1.00 has only 1000 + more players. p.s: Good thing I still have my 2 copy's of halo and there cd key =D |

I want to play on 1.08 because of the long overdue CMT Campaign project , SPv2 and flexibility with version changer. Now i have to back up my maps folder and uninstall halo , and install it from an Offical site. Take a lesson from me , kids , never run any apps you're unsure of and always download things where they should come from. |

Lolz maybe they do a full reverse engineer on the netcode and make it exact or similar to halo 3 and and allow syncing Ai yea ^.^ I like that idea that totally make me go out and buy a new game just to mess with syncing Ai woot

It sounded like they were going to make a Halo CE V2. Listen closely, and very hard. To me it sounds like they are going to make a V2 of Halo CE. I am NOT trying to start a rumor. I am only saying what I think what might happen.

It requires a lot more than just AI syncing to make Nazi Zombies styled maps to work. At least, if you're planning on adding a points system and a pause menu like I am.
