ok so its like this i have downloaded and reinstalled HEK 3 times everything else exept tool works fine, but thats a nother thing anyways when ever i attempt to open sapien, it asks me to open a scenario, which i do, then it instantly opens up with 3 other windows in it and then closes. it happens so fast that i dont even know what the windows say. if anyone has had similar problems then please let me know and how you solved it.

Try opening it one more time. As soon as it closes, go to your Halo Custom Edition folder, find a file called "debug.txt", open it up. Scroll down to the bottom, and copy the very last paragraph. Then, paste it here.

According to this, there's nothing wrong with your scenario.
