File is corrupt. Rip or re-install HEK.

even if someone gave u his globals.globals file, it would probably worsen yr problem because no two globals.globals files are the same.
i think you should try this: Redownload the entire HEK installer (because yr original may be corrupted) delete the following files and folders in yr Halo CE installation directory: 1. data folder 2. tags folder 3. HEK_Tutorial folder 4. debug.txt 5. guerrila.exe and sapien.exe (if they are still there) 6. kornman00.exe (if you use it) 7. kornman.cfg (if u use kornman00) 8. sapien.config 9. SetupHEK.dll 10. tag_dump.txt now, install HEK USING THE INSTALLER U DOWNLOADED.
hopefully this helps.

im not sure... cos i think its only the globals.globals file cos thats the only thing messed up. but the setup thing well i deleted all the folder as i sed b4 that include HEK then re-installed it n same problem but before i resort to somthing like head "hell yea itt'l work" solution imma gun try others. i might trying ripping the globals files off my maps, before i do your solution. & also i can still make maps & evrything works perfectly but yea... its still good, only globals.globals is stuffed up! lol

the globals.globals file does not exist in yr maps. Ripping it from yr maps wouldn't help, because it doesn't exist in them.

AWWW OSSIM!! i fixed it without the big-a** solutions!!! i was in guerilla trying to figure it out... the mouse hovered over the globals.globals n it sed 0 bytes! but i teh tag folder in C:\programfiles n u know the rest. it sed 36 KBs so i copied the tag. pressed compatibility files, & the other globals file that guerilla wasnt meant read was thar! o bytes lol but i pasted, went over the 0 bytes file with the 38 kB one & i opened it in guerilla & IT WORKED!!! OMGWTFBBQ!! TY TO EVRY1 WHO HELPED! :)

Erm, the globals tag DOES exist in regular maps. When you rip, go to the globabls folder. Tah dah! Now just rip that tag recursively. No mumbo jumbo about reinstalling needed.
