ok well i got a lot a custom tags from this site , weapon, vehciles , bipeds ext.. and when i try to add thme to my herirache list i get a error like "WOOPS" plesase contact your local bungie programer for asssistance please help these are cool tags and i realy want to use them.

Many tags off this site are missing stuff, or assume you have tags from SP maps. Open your debug.txt and see what your missing.

The tags aren't broken. You're just missing tags. Either get those tags, redirect them, or create them.

Yea. Most of the time, you're usually putting the tags in the wrong place. Remember to read the readme included to make sure they're going in the right folder.
