when ever i move my collision over my map so my boats will float on it it causes my map(in sapien) to not appear making all te behicles go invalid.... how do i make it so my map dosnt dissapear?

what? you move the collision of your water on the map in sapien?
i guess you mean you made invisable scenery and a collision to be able to place it seperatly in sapien
either way, it has something to do with changing the friction values or so, so that it would only drive on water, but anyways, apart from that you could also make a ledge on the collision to prevent the chance it could get on land indepent from friction values, 'cus it's an instable way to do it, so the invisable collision would be best
anyways in short, it shouldn't error, try making a solid block and try that, then change the shaders to something invisable, i don't really get what your problem could be

no no no... in 3ds i put in a plane called Collision@... and when ever it croses over my map and i load it into sapein i cant see my map... theres no terrain

If water had collision, you would be able to walk on it. You can sort of cheat it by moving your level down far enough to where vehicles hit an invisible wall.

Bipeds will be deleted if they fall on that, would only cause exceptions i guess, however in compiled maps you also bounce on it, aswell as weapons and stuff... idk, we dont need that info anyways it had something to do with the water friction level, there is a BOAT tag on the site, in the readme it explains how to let it only drive on water, you should look at that

Look at this map for reference. http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=384 The boat hogs will glitch and fly into the sky. I think it has something to do with its collision with the water. But the big transport boats in the map work fine. Also does anyone know if the boat vehicle tag works? Its where you define if the vehicle is: human jeep, human tank, alien scout, human boat, etc. (i don't remember the other choices off the top of my head.)

No, you make a water plane, name the material "water!$" then make another plane just barely under it called collision@ water!$ is the actual water you see, whereas "collision@" is the invisible plane under it which makes the vehicles collide onto. Players can still walk through it too.
