tags are 0.01M too large for structure bsps (5.67+17.34>23.00M) ### FAILED TO BUILD CACHE FILE. Although my BSP is a tad big, it's portaled well, and there really isn't anything I can remove from it. Is there any program out there that would skip this?

Tool pro will compile it, but it most likely will exception, unless it's a UI. Check the tag_dump.txt file in your Halo Custom Edition. It has a list of all tags used. Try getting rid of a few that are unused. To figure out what tags are using them, hide the tag, and load Sapien, to see what tag references it.

Is this a result of tool pro? If you just by put a door in, it should put down a door that opens by proximity.

No, I removed enough stuff to make it work with normal tool. But whenever I start the map with the doors it crashes right away, but when I remove them it works fine.

What doors are they? And do they add in Sapien? If they do, try this. Add a biped. Move the biped near the door, and see if the door opens. Then move him away, and see if it closes. If it opens and closes, then I see no reason for exception.
