Hope u guys know what I mean just record the firing sound of the H2 Hunter beam and then I'll make that into a tag for halo ce... tried some programs like 2 but when I press record during the time I need to then go back to hear how it turned out theres no sound It's like it doesn't record on the game?

I just use the default Sound Recorder and record the sound a few times. Then I pick the best sample and clean it up in Audacity.

You know you can just set the input in audacity to record from your speakers.

1. Download Fraps.
2. Install Fraps.
3. Figure out how to use fraps.
4. Record a vid of the certain animation with fraps.
5. Find the folder that the vid is loacted in.
6. Check for sound.
7. Use windows moviemaker or another vid/audio app (Sony vegas) and delete the vid by export the audio file.

Done.
