Okay I made like 2 levels focusing on the hunters side of the story and I made some ammo for his gun a powerup and all it is a model fuelrod drum on the hunters gun made into a powerup for the hunters gun which can be found on dead hunters through out the 2 maps (levels)

Heres a video of the fuelrod drum (powerup) U will see the problem right away and I do have the markers lined up correctly on the model??

You need to center the object and place it at the origin. (0, 0, 0)
And you need a collision geometry.

Your materials in 3ds max/gmax are setup wrong. Look in the shaders for the hunter and find the name of the shader for the hunter fuel rod. Then name it that for the materials.

Well the material for the glow is fuelrod ammo shader model
and the case is something like fuelrod gun case shader model and all I do is name it those names?? But when I open the model it has those material names I thought I had to like move the material on the model itself or something?
