Hey, I recently rigged a biped, and it actually compiled for the first time in my life. The only problem is, he turns into this miserable piece of *beep* when I place him in sapien. Take a look: Any ways to fix this, or am I stuck with this...thing? (I think it has to do with animations, but I don't know where i screwed up)

Good news, I can tell it's the arbiter. Bad news, Barely. Did you create animations? If you notice bipeds when you place them in a map, they sway a little. Those need animations, too.

I rigged it to the elite bones, and used the elite animations. I'm planning on releasing this, if it works.

Well, I'm no real expert when it comes to modeling, but I know there are alot of people that are. Ask UnevenElefant or Advancebo, maybe they would know what to do.
