Those errors shouldn't stop the map compiling.

Stuff like open edges will. To fix them, you have to iether weld or delete the faces, then remake them.
To weld, select all the verts in the map and in editable mesh or poly click the "weld" button. Make sure the threshold is at .01. This will weld all the verts to all other verts that are less then .1 distance away (IE, they should probably be the same vert).

To create new faces, theres a create button in editable mesh or poly. Click it, then click seccessivly on the verts around the hole and it will make a new poluygon at the hole. Make sure that its normal is facing the right direction and tht it's uvw mapped correctly.

Also, you can add and use "STL Check" in the modifyers stack to check for some types of errors, but it won't find everything, and it has problems with things that are actually fine for tool, like double sided surfaces, non-render geomitry, and portals/fog planes.

Your errors are all render only problems, you have some render only faces that don't go though something that has collision.
