Okay as some of u know I've been working on bitmaps and as a project if u would call it that... I've been working on the hunters beam... I wanted to make it fire in the same effect as H2 or H3.... but Im not sure how to make the projectile move slow like the other halo games??

For Ex: If u gice the projectile a velocity of 10-20 It moves the same but! The beam or it's contrial is barely visible?? Im bot sure how to set it up were it has it's same view as if it were moving 1500 velocity....but moving alot slower Hope u guys understand???

Really not that hard. They switched the biped from cyborg to hunter.

Lmao. Another case where I didn't read what you said. I clicked the link and thought you wanted to know how you played like the hunter. Sorry.

I think you're talking about point generation rate in the .contrail tag. Set it to around the same speed your projectile is moving, or a bit higher if you want it longer.

Which is why all beam projectiles in H2 and 3 barely aim while firing. Bungie had to disable the right analog for the Spartan Laser while firing since it causes multiple beams to fire.

It even still does that; if you pick up a Splazer and spin around while firing it and then look at where the burn marks are after, there will be seperate marks.

In the H3 beta. I just said Bungie disabled the right analog, how can you spin?

Ed: Also, CMT's beam projectile is actually either flat or crossed. Halo 3's Spartan Laser's beam is actually like a cross - try looking at halopedia for that one.

In regular h3 it does that.

what the hell are you talking about. right analog WHAT? the spartan laser does fire 4 different lasers. i dont know what YOURE talking about but in my halo 3, there is no disabling of a right analog. even in the beta you could see separate beams, even more so than in the retail version.
by right analog i can only assume you mean the right thumbstick

Lies.

But that was listed months ago.

Not lies.

But the burn marks are consecutive, right?*

Let's just say that we need a better game engne.

Last edit: Did you try the Sentinel's weapon tags?
*Cancel that idea.

yes I've noticed that bungies and cmt fire individal projectiles but alot of them really really close together so if the beam is pointed straight it looks like a continuous beam but if u move it or spin it's abunch of indidvidual projetiles in a straight line....
